We are passionate about exceptional construction, which is why we build apartments with CLT technology, which currently represents the highest standard of wooden construction.

Wood gives apartments a special touch, provides a pleasant climate and ensures well-being regardless of the season. Wooden construction regulates the level of humidity in the air, thus preventing the formation of mold and enabling natural air purification, so it is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers or people with respiratory problems. CLT technology uses water-based adhesives that do not contain formaldehyde. For comparison: there are more harmful adhesives in a normal kitchen than in the basic construction of a massive CLT building. CLT solid wood walls are cross-glued, which prevents the wood from expanding and shrinking, thus ensuring exceptional construction and physical properties such as static strength, earthquake safety, fire safety and thermal insulation.

The thermal accumulation of solid wood construction is high, which lowers heating costs and reduces the carbon footprint. We build with all of us in mind and at the same time protect the environment. Solid wood construction is extremely durable and long-lasting, so several generations can find a home inside it.

Functional floor plan

Each apartment has three floors: ground floor, first floor and attic, the total living area is 143 m2.

Each residential floor is distinguished by a well-thought-out and functional floor plan: on the ground floor, an open living room with panoramic windows connects to the green atrium, the upper floor is intended for work and rest for parents, and the attic is reserved for children's play, study and sleep.

The main entrance to the apartment is from the driveway, where there is room for two cars, and there is also a direct entrance to the bicycle shed on the side. On the ground floor, you can enter the luxurious living room with kitchen, dining room and living room through the hall with the living room. It faces the green atrium with its panoramic windows.

On the first floor, there is a bright and very spacious master bedroom connected to a walk-in wardrobe and a master bathroom with a shower, bidet and two sinks. There is a separate utility room next to the bathroom. On the same floor, there is an even larger study room that can also be used as a guest room or a room for a toddler. The highest floor is intended for children - the attic, where there are three separate rooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate technical room.
