Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): As an individual, you have the right to request that the provider deletes your personal data without undue delay, and the provider must do so if one of the following reasons applies: the data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected or processed; you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for processing; you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing; the data was unlawfully processed; the data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation under EU or member state law applicable to the provider; the data was collected in relation to the offer of information society services.
In certain cases described in paragraph 3 of Article 17 of the GDPR, you do not have the right to request data deletion.

The company will cease processing personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to processing for such purposes, including profiling related to such direct marketing. If direct marketing is based on consent, the right to object can be exercised by withdrawing the given consent.
